Logan the Hamsternater

My mom got married and moved in with her husband in SLC. So my little sister had to finally venture out on her own and now is living in ogden in a little townhome with an old lady that is now pretty much her mother. Not a big step but a step, jk Alyse. She couldn't take her hamster to the new place so Alyse left Logan her damn hamster.

I have sworn up and down I will never have pets because
A) I hate cleaning up after them
B) They ruin everything
C) I'm to lazy to get up and walk a dog every morning.

So here Logan is with the ever- so-wonder Hamster named Robo.

You can't see hiom because he is hiding for his life, which he does whenever Logan is around.

A few nights ago it was just about midnight and a heard a creek from Logans room. I got up and opened his door to see him at the end of his bed in the crawling position with the guilt look on his face. I looked down just in time to see Robo run under the bed.

GRRRRR!!!

He saw how mad I was and instantly started crying,"I just wanted to cuddle with Robo mom!!! Waaahhh, I'm sorry!"

So we chased down the dumb ass hamster and all was well.

Tonight Logan comes to me crying, "My finger is bleeding! Robo bit my finger off mom!" He was so shocked, like his best friend betrayed him. So I clean it off and went back into the file cabinet looking for his immunization record and he comes in to me and says, "It's ok mom, I spanked him."

My 45 lb four year old son spanked a 0.00023 lb hamster.

This is why I don't want pets, they will be terrorized in this house.



Luckily Logan finished up his Tetanus shots Aug of this year so we are good to go.

I miss these days....
