Favorite Diet foods Yum Yum!

I have been dieting ever since the new year (dang resolutions). I did Weight Watchers after I had Logan and really liked it so I decided to go at it alone this time because there is no way I would find time or money for meetins. So after two months I'm starting to loose motivation therefore I'm posting pictures of all my favorite diet foods to help me remember I like healthy food and being skinny!

"Nothing tastes as good as thin feels" Except... oreos, they are my weakness but since I HATE the cream I can have 6 cookies minus cream for 150 calories or 3 WW points. Here are some more...

So the peanut butter cup sundae is not as good as the cookie dough and the brownie sundae's but because I ate the others, this is all I had for a picture.

This is my favorite candy which happens to only be 150 calories for the entire thing! 3WW points.

That's right FRESCA! Delicious citrus lime CALORIE FREE which means 0 point refreshing drink. To bad there is no caffine but it is still wonderful when you just need that carbonation fill.

Sara Lee 45 calorie bread with 7 grams of fiber, what more can I say? I'm a bread/carb lover and this is my savior. Cuts your sandwhich calories in half.

Special K bars are 90 calories and come in tons of flavors, these are good to snack on so we don't get to the starving point where we just start stuffing our faces with any food in site. It is a good quick breakfast in those lazy early mornings.

When it comes to salads, regular restaurant dressings are 200 calories for 2 oz, that is 4 points and we all know we use 4 or 5 oz of dressing. So this honey mustard is 70 calories for 2 oz or balsamic vin. is a great substitute at restaurants for the dressings. I'm a saucy girl so homemade ranch or fry sauce is particularly hard for me to resist but alternatives have helped. Also Fat free croutons on lettuce with this dressing = 3 WW points!

COFFEE, 0 calories and points but all the sugar we add can add up, choose Fat free creamers if you can't stand black coffee and sugar substitutes :).

These Blueberry mine bagels are 3 points each and with fat free cream cheese only 50 calories for 2 TBSP! Regular bagels are 400 calories and up to 10 WW points (mcdonalds bagel and cream cheese).

WW yogurt is 1 point per serving and they are yummy.

Oatmeal is always a good one. My favorite is actually Kashi cinnamon, it has 7 grams of fiber and I pieces of bananas with it to make a 3 point high fiber/potassium breakfast. This one has 4 or 5 grams of fiber but has nuts and is yummy.

I'm doing the EXACT same thing. I'm a point addict... I did WW (successfully lost 30 pounds) about 2 years ago, and then I somehow gained it all back over the last 2 years. So I'm giving it a go all on my own now, but I'm back to counting points like crazy. It drives my husband nuts to open the fridge or the pantry to see that EVERY single item in there now has a points number written in black permanent marker on it! I'm going to have to add a few from your list to my collection!
